Vitamin A, K
Omega 3 & 6
Tryptophan
Copper, Phosphorus, Manganese
...and more than 50% of
Vitamin C, E
Iron, magnesium, selenium, zinc

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 40g of basil
- 40g of walnuts
- 40g pine nuts
- 70g cashews
- 30g cavolo nero
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- black pepper
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend till preferred texture.
- Serve with hot pasta
