Pesto Style Dip
Description
Salad is wonderful - all that lovely raw food! We particularly enjoy shredding red cabbage into ours. However, when you're avoiding oily dressings, a salad can leave you hungry again too quickly. It was with this dilemma in mind that we created this garlicky, creamy pesto style dip.
Ingredients
- 100g cashews
- Cup of fresh basil leaves
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 clove garlic
- Drop of water
Directions
Blend all of the ingredients together until you reach a consistency you like. We didn't add much water, just enough to allow the blender to do its thing.
