Raspberry Chocolate Fluffins
Description
It's a bit like a flapjack and a bit like a muffin - it's a fluffin!Fruity, moist and filling, this snack will keep you going for a while.
Ingredients
- 6 medium to large very ripe bananas
- About one and a half large mugs oats (it depends on the size of the bananas and the type of oats)
- Handful raspberries (I used frozen)
- 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- Small handful dates
- 3 tbsp nut butter (I used cashew)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4
- Either use a stick blender or your hands to mash up the bananas
- Add the oats and mix in well, you want to aim for a thick porridge consistency
- Chop the dates and add, along with the nut butter and cacao/cocoa
- Spoon into muffin tins or cases, add the rasperries equally
- Bake for about 20 minutes
